If you are planning a wedding or function and require a talented piper, you’re in luck.

Introducing Jonathon Graham, a talented young chap with a rather incredible piping resume. Jonny started piping at 10 years old, and his enthusiasm for piping led to a 1st class Hons Degree in Scottish Music from Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Since then, his career has taken him to many interesting places and has had him feature at a great many major events;

  • member of the world-famous Red Hot Chilli Pipers
  • performed at Commonwealth Games Ceremonies (Delhi 2010 & Glasgow 2014) to televised audience of 2.5 billion
  • piped for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, His Holiness Dalai Lama & MMA Superstar Conor McGregor
  • played alongside celebrities such as Rod Stewart, Susan Boyle, Amy MacDonald, The Proclaimers, Deacon Blue, Amir Khan, Peter Andre, Ross King & Chris Pine

That said, Jonny is more usually found performing at weddings, funerals and events throughout Scotland. A lovely chap and very approachable, his fees are competitive and he is very happy to guide and advise on appropriate music for events.

Jonny also teaches piping, and can provide private tuition, as well as sessions via Skype.

Jonny can provide both traditional and contemporary pipe music, and can even offer a rather cool alternative in the form of Dhol & Pipes . This captivating sound fuses Punjab’s double-headed Dhol with Scotland’s triple-droned Bagpipe, providing a powerful melody & rhythm that is perfect for any special occasion.

We are very excited to welcome Jonny to Linked Magazine. He can now be found listed under ‘Weddings & Events’ within our expanding Business Directory.
